Who am I?

I'm Anak (like "on the door") Rabanál. First-generation Filipino American. Pattern-seeker. Obsessed with building process architecture that's generative, dynamic, and enduring to support teams building greatness. My non-linear polymath career has run through roles in both leadership and support in theater and film development and production to private equity and venture capital to startups in multiple sectors.

My work exists at the intersection of systems design and capital to bring clarity to complex situations. I know the real world cost of talented, driven people collaborating within a broken system vs. the upside of ease and realized potential a resilient process framework unlocks.
